Some of the things that I have had a long-term personal or professional interest in, or areas that I have worked in for some time .
Organisation
Home, family activities, education, working part-time, learning new things, volunteering, acquiring new skills..it takes some good organizational skills to keep track of it all.
Design
It may be an Italian thing, but beauty and design are close to my heart. This is probably why I have enjoyed so much the Web Design courses that I have attended recently.
Customer Service
From public to academic libraries, hospitals, offices and cafes, I have often worked in contact with the public, and it’s important to me to deliver the best customer service I can.
